Boat Lady Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Cooked rice 1 lb (2.5 bowls)
Egg 2 (beaten)
Green onion 1 oz (diced)
Barbecued pork/Char Siu 4 oz (diced)
Shallots 1 oz (diced)

Seasoning Mix

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 ½ tsp

Directions

1.) Stir-fry diced shallots in 2 Tbsp oil until fragrant.
2.) Add eggs. Stir in rice, diced char sui, seasoning mix and diced green onion. Heat through to serve.

 

 

Braised Bean Curd with Oyster Flavored Sauce

Ingredients:

Bean curt/Tofu 2 blocks (cut into big pcs)
Wood fungus 1 pc (soaked and pulled apart)
Ginger 7-8 slices
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Water ½ cup
Taiwan basil 1 sprig

Seasoning Mix
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 Tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 2 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 Tbsp

Directions

1.) Pan-fry bean curd in oil unitl both sides are golden yellow. Set aside.
2.) Saute ginger and garlic in sesame oil. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, wine, sugar, water, bean curd and black wood fungus. Cover and cook on low heat until sauce thickens. Stire in basil and turn off heat.
